Excellent buying experience! I highly recommend Park Place Mercedes Grapevine! I recently purchased a car from Connor Vining there. He helped guide me to the perfect car to fit my needs and budget. He was the perfect balance of hustling to meet my requests and not pressuring me to buy too quickly. And, once I ordered the car, he kept careful tabs on it and made sure it was ready when promised. I could not have been more thrilled with the sales experience due to Connor and Park Place!
Best car buying experience we have ever had! Rutger Kesling was very knowledgeable, responsive in all communications. He kept us up to date and worked the best deal with our trade in and on the desired vehicle purchase price. We never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle, but he was there if we needed any assistance/support and treated us with great respect. We would definitely work with him again in the future.
Best car buying experience I've ever had Tyler Wall struck just the right tone for me... no pressure. I feel like I got a very fair deal on the CPO E350 I purchased as well as my trade in. The dealership is super nice which might lead some to believe they would find a snooty attitude but that was not the case at all with anyone we spoke with. Also there were a couple of blemishes on the exterior and they fixed for free which seems generous given I purchased a used car even though it was very low mileage.
