Excellent Customer Service!!!! Great dealership. I highly recommend Tyler Wall and their finance Manager Sean Hayes. They went above and beyond when it came to getting me the vehicle of my choice and within my budget. They both exceeded my expectations and were extremely accommodating, professional, and courteous. Best car buying experience I dreaded buying a car. Did not want to be hassled however, Doug Prince made this experience enjoyable. He worked with us to find the right car and figure the best financing. I also love the service and follow by Justin.

Happy Customer My experience with Park Place, specifically Doug Prince, was nothing short of outstanding. I hate buying cars. I loathe dealing with two faced car salesmen. Doug has changed my opinion as he was down to earth and genuinely cared about my wants and my needs. My purchase was a Christmas gift for my wife. Doug even gave me a complimentary, huge red bow for the occassion. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, Doug is your man..

Customer service We had a wonderful experience with Tyler in pre-owned sales and Britney in service. Both were extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. I could not imagine ever shopping anywhere else.

Out of town purchase We live in Houston and were in the search of a certified pre-owned GLE online. We found the perfect GLE within our price range at Grapevine Motors. Steve was extremely helpful answering all of our questions throughout several days. We ended up selecting a new GLE but were convinced Steve would help us get the best deal, and he did! Respectful, Professional, and Down Right Pleasant I had never shopped for a Mercedes before, but after my experience with Park Place Mercedes Grapevine, I believe I am a MB driver for life!
