Great car purchase experience! I purchased my new E300 with Doug Prince and had a wonderful experience. Smooth and quick sale from start to finish! He was extremely knowledgable of the MB line and that was extremely important for me after having tried at another dealership. His assistant Dustin is also wonderful and very knowledgeable. I continue to call him with all kinds of questions and he is quick to respond/help. I would highly recommend purchasing your new Mercedes with Doug.

Excellent Buying Experience Had the pleasure of dealing with Marty Marshall buying my 2016 GLE 350 4Matic. Found it online, we had a few phone calls and went into the dealership to test drive and purchase. Superior customer service with everyone involved. Highly recommend Marty and this location. Buying Experience I dealt with both Robert Counter (Sales Person) and Lance Oujesky in the purchase of my 2016 C300. Both exhibited super professionalism during the process. Since I have already had an opportunity to give Robert a super evaluation on the purchase survey, I want to focus on Lance here. Great Customer Experience I purchased a used SUV from this dealership about a month ago, and everything was smooth. Lance Jenkins was my salesman and he did a fantastic job. I found two door dings on the vehicle a few days later and this dealership fixed it with no hesitation. i was given a very nice loaner car while my Vehicle was being. My overall experience was great especially with my sales person.

It was smooth and easy. The dealership is clean and nice. The people are nice. Danny, our sales man, was not pushy and very clear and precise. The pricing is kinda higher than the other dealerships, expecally on a pre owned.
