World Class Service I recently purchased a 2016 GLE 350 from Scott Najjar. I had been looking for a few weeks at inventory on multiple websites and had even visited with Park Place Dallas, a store located less than a mile from my home. Excellent experience Purchased Elsa, a 2016 C300, from Park Place in July. Thomas Moore took me on a C300 test drive, arranged the purchase and checked me out on all of the features. I'll be spending a lot of time looking at the owner's manual. Loads of features! Elsa almost drives herself!
A great salesman that did above and beyond for us! A little bit of background: although this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership we came to look at a pre-owned 2010 Lexus HS 250h. Upon our arrival, Scott warmly greeted my son and I and already had the keys ready for our test drive. Afterwards, we noticed that the airbag warning light was on and brought it to his concern. Fabulous experience Victor Noble was great to work with for our first Mercedes purchase! He answered all of our questions (and I had a lot) and made our overall experience very pleasant. He was very professional and accommodating to all of our needs. (I was blown away with his offer to drive our new car to my office in Mansfield after the certification process was completed!). He literally went the "extra mile(s)" for us. Ryan made the paperwork process very painless and was great to work with as well.
