Good Experience I first encountered John by chance, when I was getting my GLK washed one day at the Grapevine Park-Place dealership. He approached my mom and I one as we were looking at the cars on the showroom floor. After speaking with him for a few minutes he gave me his card and I held onto it for about a month. New car experience I recently purchased a ML350 from Phillip Edwards. He was extremely helpful and very nice to work with. Best Purchase Experience So Far (ML400) I can't say that I enjoy purchasing cars but this was as good as I can reasonably expect. Most of the transaction was handled over the internet since I knew exactly what we were looking for and also had researched prices. Steve made the negotiation seamless including financing.
