Excellent Experience Everyone at Park Place made my leasing experience so easy and quick. The minute we walked into the dealership we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. Our salesperson, Robert Counter, was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience. He helped me feel comfortable with not only the car I chose but also the price paid. Outstanding service John Baskin is an outstanding sales person. Having been in the military John knew about preplanning and execution of plans. John insured all aspects of the purchase went off with precision. I would recommend anyone looking to make a purchase of a Mercedes go to Park Place in Grapevine and ask for John Baskin.

Excellent experience buying new E-350 Don Vaughan has been our sales person twice. The first time was eight years ago. Don sold us that car, too and he remembered our name when we saw him at Park Place this May. He made both auto purchases as pleasant as they could possibly be. He has been with Park Place for many years and he is an excellent representative for the dealership. We would urge anyone considering the purchase of a Mercedes to contact Don Vaughan.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!! First time buyer at the Park Place Motorcars – Mercedes-Benz Grapevine. Taylor took every opportunity to answer questions and make my wife and myself feel comfortable. Never once did I feel the pressure of what or when I was going to make a purchase.
