Chad went above and beyond. I have never seen a dealer with such enthused to please us. I highly recommend him to friends and family. I have never seen or met a dealer that cares and show that he cares. He will always be a part of us.

If you want an excellent deal and exceptional service, go to Park Place Grapevine and ask for Philip Edwards. I first chose Park Place Grapevine because they had the car I wanted but the price was a little steep. I called to see what they'd sell it for and Philip gave me a very reasonable price, far lower than the listed price. Prior to coming to the Grapevine Parks Place location, my husband and I visited Dallas and spoke with a sales person in Fort Worth. However, the inattention in Dallas and the pushiness in Fort Worth were the reasons that I chose Grapevine even though it was a lot further from my home. If the rating system had a 10 (ten) then Doug Prince would receive 10s in every section. Doug has sold us 5 Mercedes over the past years and each and every time Doug goes more than the extra mile to make sure that you have received the best service and a price that you feel more than comfortable with and able to walk out of the dealership and know that you made a good car purchase. Is Great Place and as name says is really like Park Place like Park ave NY so beautiful with very friendly staff. Most for sure i will go back there form now on for my transportation needs. R H & Scott are great people to work with.

Great service. I went to Mercedes Park Place Dallas first and then came to the Grapevine dealership. Scott was very helpful and was not pushy like most car salesman. He was willing to work with my needs, provide all information I requested and provided an overall great experience. I would recommend coming here over the Dallas dealership even if it is farther away for you, the service was much better.
