This was easily the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. When we first visited the dealership, we were undecided on whether to lease or buy, new or used. I purchased a GLK from Steve, as a gift for my wife. Steve made the experience easy, efficient, and even enjoyable. I was clearly a motived buyer, and didn't put Steve through the hard-buyer processes. However, Steve did not take advantage of me, and even acknowledged the ease with which he wanted to operate. The follow up and delivery were seamless and of course my wife was thrilled.
