I have purchased four vehicles from Park Place Mercedes. The last two have been from Doug Prince. He is always friendly and personable when I am in the dealership. He sent his assistant to my home to help program my garage door opener. I have recommended this dealership and Sales Representative to my neighbor who has also purchased a vehicle. I bring my GL 450 weekly to be washed and all the employees are extremely friendly. I feel the service department checks my vehicle closely so that I am safe on the road. This is very c... read more

This is our third car from the Park Place dealerships. Over the years I could not have imagined any way the staff( from the attendants in the service area, to the service advisers, and the sales department), could improve on the level of service they provide. I was browsing for new 2013/2014 CLS-550 and met with David Park in new car sales. Not only he was very friendly and knowledgeable about his product he was the first one who greets me at the dealership. I was not too sure if he was a greeter or a sale person. Our experience at Park Place Motorcars Grapevine was outstanding! Steve Wickham rolled out the red carpet for us. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer care throughout the whole sales process. As a matter of fact, we were so pleased with our experience that we purchased a second vehicle about a week later. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone we know!
