For weeks, Marty was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he showed and allowed me to test drive (and my 3 children) perfect car candidates for our lifestyle. Great Overall Experience! Sales and Service met and exceeded my expectations. Sales worked hard to compare and assure I got the best deal available. Flexabilty of schedules, openess of negotiation and seemless transition through the Certified Pre-Owned Car Process set the standard for me. I did have a couple of questions weeks after and they were addressed with the same enthusiasm as if I just walked into the showroom to look on day 1.
This is my fourth Mercedes from Park Place. Every time I go to buy a new car, the event is more enjoyable. Russ Amsden is a pleasure to work with. What an exceptional sales representative.
