Phillip was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and worked hard to get the sale of my car! Every person I worked with on the day of the sale was great. I have been spoiled by your neighboring Park Place dealership Lexus and will measure Mercedes service in comparison to to my past experience with Lexus. I had a wonderful experience with Lexus and owned 3 cars, so fair warning!!!!!

My experience with Park Place Motorcars was by far the best buying experience I have had in 35 years of buying new cars. The sales consultant, David Park, was extremely helpful in helping me decide which car/options would suit my needs best. I felt that David and the other personnel were interested in helping me out without pressuring me in the slightest. I had a great experience working with Michael and cant say enough good things about him. I told him I had 2 hours to get a deal done and he did everything he could to stay close to that (2.5 hrs). The big thing is I came away feeling I got a great deal and had a great sales person - I will have to say this is a first for me. Thanks for the painless experience of purchasing my vehicle. Everyone I came in contact with at Park Place Grapevine was very helpful and friendly. I cannot remember everyone's name, as I had a loaner vehicle also in order to get my vehicles bumper paint repaired. Robert LaPenna was my sales person. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I have purchased cars from Park Place in Dallas for a few years now. I saw an E550 online that I really liked and contacted my salesperson at the Dallas location. He referred me to the Grapevine where the car was located and told me to work with Marty. Quite unusual for a salesperson to refer you to someone else but Park Place really does care about the customer. Park Place Mercedes Has a very welcoming atmosphere. As soon as you walk in there is someone there to greet you and either point you in the right direction or help you find the associate you are looking for. They also have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and test drive. There is no pressure from the sales associate they allow you to browse by yourself or help you with specifics.
