Having bought about 6 new cars thus far in life this was my first Mercedes experience. I purchased a 2012 E350. While my primary contact was Corey Bedford I also interacted with John Picinic, Russ Amsden and Mario Pinney. While I've owned several Cadillac's, BMW, and Lexus, this was my first visit to a Mercedes Dealership. I found the Staff to be very professional, and the sales person I dealt with, Mr. Tony Bedford, was extremely helpful. Both his knowledge & expertise helped me decide on the purchase of an E 350. I will recommend Mr. Bradford and the dealership to both my friends and acquaintances.
My wife and I recently purchased a GLK 350 from Park Place/Grapevine. I met Kurtis Walker some time after graduating from college. During this period I felt it was time for me to buy a newer car because I was driving an older model ML 350 given to me by my parents. I just bought an amazing 2012 SLK350 Mercedes from Tony Bedford. This is probably my 7th car that I have bought there and I always go back to Tony. You couldn't ask for a better dealership or a salesman in the entire metroplex. As a woman I appreciate that Tony takes the time to explain everything about the car and doesn't try to play games with pricing. You can count on him to be fair and honest. If you want a Mercedes don't go to any other dealership but Park Place Motorcars of Grapevine and ask for Tony Bedford!
Enjoyed my experience at Park Place. Pulled into dealership Saturday afternoon and was met by Marty Marshall. He was friendly and informative. Marty delivered the car a to my house, hooked up the garage door opener and my phone. He took time to make sure I was set to go. I went to MB Plano a week before and didn't find anyone there who seemed to want to sell me a car. No one from MB Plano contacted me after my internet inquiry. Park Place was different and very accommodating. Pleasant experience overall.
The people were very personable. They laughed at my jokes. They made the experience fun because they appeared to enjoyed it. I'm sure they're paid well.
Out was an out of state buyer and purchased the car unseen. Park Place Motorcars: Mercedes-Benz Grapevine, provided excellent photos and was able to answer every question I had in relation to the car. Great dealership to work with.
Over all I was impressed by the dealership, and the staff were very professional, kind, and courtious. I never felt pressuered or expected to accept something I did not want. They were very helpful in getting the financals I requested. My dealer Scott was very helpful all the wayh through the process and was kind enough to sit in the vehicle and explain all functions and options on the car.
