The only reason I didn't give this dealership a great rating in all category's was due to the long wait and the pricing. However, I didn't get the exact pricing I wanted but overall I drove away with a Benz and that was a great feeling.

Corey Bedford is a responsible person. He responded all my inquires in a timely manner. We settled the purchase price over the email which saved me time and money. I highly recommend him and his dealership at Grapevine, TX.

I was more than pleased! The professional, honesty/sincerity in dialog was appreciated through every step. Nigel McPeake provided the openness and professional knowledge and service focused attitude a customer hopes to find but often does not find. I am very pleased with all aspects of how my transaction was handled. I also enjoyed the experience of completing all of the paperwork with Mario Pinney. This is my first mercedes Benz car. I was very apprehensive in buying a new car due to past experience with buying a new car mostly around pushy and sometimes lying sales people. So my first visit to Parkplace was very apprehensive. David Park was super to work with. We came in having an idea of things we might be interested in. We worked with us while we expored all of our options and ended up selecting a new SLK and C-350. The service from David and the entire dealership was fantastic and I would highly recommend them. A great experience that allowed us to make our selection and never feel under any pressure. Super job!

Very straighforward and honest sales person. I spent less than 4 hours total with David and Mike getting my current car appraised for trade and purchasing my new SL550 - excellent experience as always with Park Place Grapevine - I would highly recommend this dealership and David Park for new car sales.
