Mercedes-Benz employee, Don Vaughan, was extremely considerate of our wishes, almost intuitive. When we first began looking at the Mercedes, he provided all the information we needed, answering all our questions without the high-pressure tactics one often encounters. After looking at several other makes, we returned to Park Place and Don. We always felt he was straight-forward and honest. I would gladly recommend him to anyone interested in a Mercedes.

I recently purchased a vehicle here out of state and it was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend this place, including my sales person David Park. Very happy with all aspects of my buying decision at Park Place Grapevine. We will certainly buy from Park Place again!

Overall, the experience was good. We arrived at 1pm on Friday, December 30th, and finally left at 6pm that evening. Finding keys to test drive and searching for certain vehicles took longer than expected.

I really hadn't considered buying a Mercedes but Marty greeted my husband and I on a Sunday and not only met us when the dealership opened the next day but made buying a car the most plesant experience I've ever had. Mr. Prince gives great attention to the client without being overbearing. He answers the questions accurately and has gone out of his way to get us the car we wanted. Though we live in the Park Cities we elected to drive out to Grapevine and purchase from Mr. Prince, and have had an excellent customer service experience. We were referred by another Park Cities family who had an excellent experience at your dealership.

Very nice experience with this dealership - better than the other 3 dealerships I have dealt with previously. Sales staff very knowledgable and professional, not pushy but eager to assist without pressure. Did not mind spending time with us even before we were ready to purchase. We will be coming back for some of our scheduled maintenance.
