My experience with Park Place was nothing short of excellent. I corresponded with Doug about the vehicle and my husband went in to finalize the sale. Doug was prompt and courteous in his responses and worked hard to get close to the price I was working with. Mani created an excellent experience and helped us move from education to value to purchase. This is my second purchase at Park Place and my second encounter with Marty. I called him the moment I was ready to purchase another Benz. Not only is he willing to help with new business, but a year later he is still willing to step away from his busy schedule to assist me with little things like loading names in my car's phone book! Marty had a friend of mine assist in this last purchase, Kurtis, so I had the full attention of two wonderful men. I am very pleased and will be purchasing again in the next 6 months.
I am very satisfied with the wonderful service received from Kurtis Walker at Park Place Mercedes. He's very professional and took the time to explain each transaction in detail. He was not pushy or overbearing which makes it comfortable when trying to decide on the best option when purchasing a car.
