UPDATE: During the first rain storm we realized the car was taking on water into the backseat and trunk. After diagnosis at our local VW dealership, it was determined the car was manufactured incorrectly and "fixed" at Northampton. Northampton refused to take ownership for the poor craftsmanship in their fix, so VW has covered this $8,000 repair which includes replacing the entire roof (again). I went for a simple inspection sticker waited almost 3 hrs the worst part was they didn’t has the decency to let me know it was actually ready shortly after I got there so 2 hrs waisted and then they handed me a free detailing , like that just fixes everything , not to mention management just doesn’t care either.
Took my Beetle for a week to track down PEC light along with CHECK ENGINE, sometimes showing individuality, sometimes together. $2,500.00 later, lights continue unabated, individually and together, intermittently, with engine cutting out and stalling. Cannot recommend nor will I return to this dealership!!!
I had a deeply disturbing experience with this dealership. I suggest others avoid them, but if you do go, be very cautious. Good faith disagreements about price are to be expected during negotiations. Sometimes a deal just can't be made. But NoHo VW was boldly and repeatedly dishonest with me. Disappointed by the trade value given to me by the Sales manager. He claimed that was the current book value but I had only purchased the vehicle 9 months prior and got less than half what I paid for it. According to my research the book value was thousands greater. They shouldn't shaft consumers just to make an easy profit.
Had to change my evaluation. Please, be advised not even two months after pre- owned Tiguan 2016 purchase, an indicator came up to check engine. I got their advanced insurance and still have to pay 50 bucks copay. I would advise to demand computer diagnostics in your presence if you are buying from them, I was assured the car would run without problems for many years :))). Please, be cautious. Customer service is great while they are interested in sale after that they do not stand for their words about car quality.
I went in for an oil and filter, tire rotation and cleaning carbon deposits est $350. Wheel alignment $129 added. Final bill $750...? Good bye 👋
Horrible experience, disaster and wreck of a car dealership. We put a $2,500 deposit down on a new Atlas. It was in the showroom and had a couple scratches on the bumper. No biggie, but we wanted them fixed. We put the deposit down on a Thursday and they explained their body work person works Thursdays, so it wouldn’t be done until next Thursday.
