Mark Flynn was absolutely terrific to deal with. I had visited other dealerships, but only Mark and Northampton Volkswagen were able to get me the car that I was looking for. I went to Northampton Volkswagen expecting to have to deal with a pushy sales person, but I found that that was not the case at all. Mark was very friendly, personable and very knowledgeable as well. The entire staff was great. My husband and I felt extremely comfortable. We were very pleased with the price of our trade and the vehicle that we were purchasing. My husband and I agree that Mark was by far the best sales person that either of us have ever dealt with. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!!

Found the dealer online through an internet special, and received a great deal on a new VW GLI. Mark was great to work with and overall the experience was worth the 90 minute drive to get the deal.

We do not ordinarily enjoy shopping for a new car, but we had an extremely positive experience working with Mark Flynn at Northampton Volkswagen. He is a very knowledgeable salesman who spent a lot of time with us in order to find the car that fit our needs and was able to answer all of the questions that we had until we felt that we had made exactly the right choice. Mark is good to work with. He is very informative and did not make us feel rushed or that he had better things to do. We looked at a number of cars at different dealerships and out of the five; Mark was the only representative who called us back. His follow up was excellent. If you are looking for a new vw this is the place to go. It is no haggling honest dealership. The prices are the best around and the service is good. I feel they will grow into a larger dealer in the state.
We have dealt with many local dealerships in the past and our experience with Mark Flynn and Northampton VW far exceeded any of them. His shared knowledge regarding the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing preceded any questions that we had to ask. His personality made us feel comfortable.
