This dealership went above and beyond to help me register my car. I had to register it in Maine and every small dilema that came up the dealership dealt with and informed me. I was so pleased to not have to handle any of the fee's and registration until I picked it up that day. The service was great while buying my car. We were actually preliminary shopping for a few months down the road, and we liked the Jetta SE, the price, the financing, and while not pressured, we were asked if we wanted to sign a purchase agreement. If I feel too much pressure, I run. Jerzy was so friendly and sincere, when he asked, we figured : "Why not?", and moved our purchase date up a few months. Buyer Beware! The worst car servicing experience I have ever had. Dec 13 I bring in a working and strong VW SportWagon which is still under warranty until Dec 29th to check an intermittent EPC sensor light on the Dash. My daughter brought the car in to be serviced while she was home for winter break. 7 weeks later, on Jan 28th I had AAA tow away a broken non running car which the dealership sat on. Bait and switch tactics at play at Northampton VW. I sent an inquiry via cars.com to Northampton VW to ask about the availability and price of a car I had seen online. Michael Silva, the Internet Sales Manager, promptly responded and quoted the same price I had seen on cars.com. There's a legendary tire story regarding Nordstrom that illustrates how to do customer service the right way. Unfortunately, NoHo VW appears to 'talk the talk', but refuses to 'walk the walk'.
