If you are looking for a new vw this is the place to go. It is no haggling honest dealership. The prices are the best around and the service is good. I feel they will grow into a larger dealer in the state.
We have dealt with many local dealerships in the past and our experience with Mark Flynn and Northampton VW far exceeded any of them. His shared knowledge regarding the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing preceded any questions that we had to ask. His personality made us feel comfortable. I've been to several dealerships, and never felt comfortable will the salesmen. This time was different, I didn't feel like I was being treated differently because I am a woman. I will recommend Rob to all of my friends. I had such a wonderful experience, I will come back when I need another car!
