I had a great experience working with Natasha at Northampton Volkswagen. She was pleasant, professional, and thorough throughout the process. Sal and Ben were incredible to work with. We’ll be going back for our next vehicle for sure! We were sent a review form that ended up in our junk mail and when we found it and tried to complete it, it was no longer available to complete. That system needs to be corrected but that is my only complaint.
