I had just come from the Hyundai dealership next door where I my experience left me aggravated and in a rather unpleasant mood. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Josh got me into my dream car, and Sami was extremely helpful and knowledgeable showing me all the high tech features my new Tiguan has! I would have been lost without her!!

Love my new VW! Natasha was helpful showing us a few different models. The showroom is a nice and clean and has good amenities. All of the people we interacted with were friendly.

Some of the sales staff could be more knowledgeable in the EV business line since it’s growing market and people may not know much about the ID 4. Fortunately, we already owned another EV. We worked with Natasha. Very friendly but could he know more about the car and not rely on the driver too. They also dropped the ball in contacting the insurance company after we provided the information 3 days prior. Sami Suarez was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the car. Very friendly and patient. She’s a great teacher.
