Sal and Ben were incredible to work with. We’ll be going back for our next vehicle for sure! We were sent a review form that ended up in our junk mail and when we found it and tried to complete it, it was no longer available to complete. That system needs to be corrected but that is my only complaint.
Natasha was very understanding. She took the time to answer all of our questions and let us test drive all the different vehicles we asked about. Absolutely loved working with Natasha and Omar.
I had just come from the Hyundai dealership next door where I my experience left me aggravated and in a rather unpleasant mood. I walked into Northampton VW and was promptly greeted with a smile and welcomed into the dealership by Sal. We talked a bit and I took a car out for a test drive, I wasn’t impressed. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Josh got me into my dream car, and Sami was extremely helpful and knowledgeable showing me all the high tech features my new Tiguan has! I would have been lost without her!!
