I got a such a great price on a used vehicle that I did not even try to negotiate. The sales person was friendly but not well organized or knowledgeable about the vehicle (perhaps because it was not a VW). I had an appointment at 9:30. I hoped the vehicle would be ready to view and test drive. It took 15 minutes to bring it around front and find a plate. I wanted to first and foremost say that this dealership was put into a situation that was not at all their fault. I was in a situation where I had 2 faulty sunroofs on 2 separate VW Golfs. The dealership and the service department were so helpful in making me feel absolutely taken care of through this whole process.
