I wanted to first and foremost say that this dealership was put into a situation that was not at all their fault. I was in a situation where I had 2 faulty sunroofs on 2 separate VW Golfs. The dealership and the service department were so helpful in making me feel absolutely taken care of through this whole process. We went to test drive a new Passat. Sal Akozbek was terrific. He was informative yet laid back and let us take our time. After a few test drives we liked the Tiguan better. Negations were quick and easy and we went home that day with the new Tiguan.
