Love my new VW! Natasha was helpful showing us a few different models. The showroom is a nice and clean and has good amenities. All of the people we interacted with were friendly.
Some of the sales staff could be more knowledgeable in the EV business line since it’s growing market and people may not know much about the ID 4. Fortunately, we already owned another EV. We worked with Natasha. Very friendly but could he know more about the car and not rely on the driver too. They also dropped the ball in contacting the insurance company after we provided the information 3 days prior. Sami Suarez was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the car. Very friendly and patient. She’s a great teacher.

We try to keep our cars for a long time and do not really enjoy the process of buying them. This was a better than the expected process. The manager introduced himself once we entered the dealership while the salesperson was busy. they were quite busy but we are impressed with their calm attitude.
It was quite fast experience, everything was ready when we arrived, salesperson helped us choose the right vehicle. Managers were friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing
