We went to test drive a new Passat. Sal Akozbek was terrific. He was informative yet laid back and let us take our time. After a few test drives we liked the Tiguan better. Negations were quick and easy and we went home that day with the new Tiguan.
I’ve bought many cars over the years. I went to Northampton VW and had the most easy, honest and helpful experience buying a car. From the saleswoman, Natasha, to the customer service rep, Sami, I felt the entire experience was transparent honest and actually fun! The girls at Northampton VW are competent and very knowledgeable. Best experience ever! No pushiness no pressure, just answers and solutions for my needs.
This is my second leased vehicle with Northampton VW and I’m grateful for having yet another pleasant experience. The team (Ben, Sami & Doug) were helpful in answering my questions/concerns and quickly resolved any issues . Sami (Customer Relations Manager) was an absolute pleasure to work. She made my family and I feel really welcomed while making sure I was familiar with the functions of my new vehicle and that all services were completed in a timely manner.

Jason Leclair was fantastic. He listened to his customer and knew exactly what we needed. We were so happy with our service and ease of leasing a new car that we went back the very next day and purchased another new car! Yes, two cars in two days.
