Sal was great helping my daughter purchase her first vehicle. He did a great job explaining the vehicle to her and gave great advice to a first time car owner.
They were super nice! I bought my first car from here and Sal, as well as Ben Davis worked with me and they were incredible. As it was my first car, I didn't know a lot about the process, and I left understanding everything that they were telling me. I left not confused at all! Great place.
I brought in my 2017 VW Passat last weekend to get my 30k service completed. I bought this car last year, and this was my first real maintenance on the car. HONESTLY I wanted to go to Father’s & Son’s VW in West Springfield, but because of work I only would be able get service done on Saturday and F & S have no weekend hours so i ended up at VW in Northampton.
