Krystal was the greatest. Bent over backwards for us to help us out as well as the finance team.
The dealership accommodated a late evening visit to check out a car and tried to pull a few different options for us to look at. However, once we narrowed down our search for a vehicle, we went to fill out prequalification forms online to get a QUOTE for our monthly payment, etc. Then suddenly a hard credit check was pulled without our permission.
