I saw a vehicle online that I thought would meet my needs but it was at another Serpentini location. I knew where the Willoughby Hills dealership was and figured I would start there and see if they had what I needed or could tell me about the vehicle I saw online. I took my care in for regular maintenance. Oil, grease, tire rotation, etc. a few other issues surfaced which I approved and the work was done in a timely manner and a fair price.

Great experience! Carla worked hard to locate exact vehicle I wanted and kept me updated constantly. She also had a great understanding of how everything works on my vehicle. Financing also went well. Andrew was very personable and did a great job answering my question he was very efficient getting all the paperwork completed which usually takes to long.
