Purchasing a brand new car Excellent Salesperson (Jeff) Excellent Staff (Allen) I was very appreciative of the service I'd received. Any questions I had were answered clearly and professionally. I have never came into the old Pat O'Brien and received the quick turnaround service as I recently experienced. The follow calls and accommodations were excellent. Service review Was pleased with the way Dan Banas dealt with my issue. I was not however pleased with the sales associate Carly Folisi. I had to call to check if my car was done and she did not address the real reason I took it in for. I had to ask her and she kind of sidestepped away from the issue.

They killed a good sale at the end. Everything was great until we found out that they couldn't find the second key to the vehicle. Two salesmen were helping my son and I. On several occasions they said it was a second key, but had to locate it. Andrew said Lucas had it. Lucas said Andrew had it. In the end no key. I asked if they could cut me a key? The work was good, the communication was negligible to none. The chairs are too big and low. The table chairs are too hard. The wait time was reasonable as was the cost but no one told me what was to be done. I found out what that was by reading the lengthy, somewhat confusing description handed to me as I left. It was not confidence inspiring. And as long as I'm being negative. the walk to the waiting area is a hike and the background music far too loud.
Excellent service from the dealership. An explanation of the problem and how it was resolved was very satisfactory. I would highly recommand this dealership to family and friends.
