Recall on Air bag Everyone was very helpful. They were honest and did not try and add on other things to do. I was also able to have the courtesy van pick me up at work so I could get my car.
First service experience First service after buying new Odyssey for oil change, tire rotation, and addressing a recall. Very friendly and kept me informed since I was at work at the time.
Recall Service for Airbag It was fine as far as service goes. Had to bring the car in for a recall notice on the air bag and it took a couple of hours to fix.
I went in for a service call. Then I was told I needed additional work done . Justin explained everything that needed to be done. He was very helpful.

Great experience I was on the fence about leasing a new car. I wasn't sure that my old car would be able to be traded in. Norman was fast and efficient. There was no game playing and he was able to get me a beautiful car that I was looking for instantly. I would never go anywhere else again. Thank you Norman and Westborough Honda.
Overall Great Experience I was a little put off by the individual at the front desk that evening. However Jose literally chased me down out the door and into the parking lot. His effort made me decide to schedule a test drive for the next day. Jose was excellent at explaining the features of the car and was very thorough. Professionalism to the Max What an improvement not only in the beautiful new renovations that makes the flow much better and omits the awkwardness of standing around when dropping off your car waiting to have eye contact with someone. Plenty of places to wat, the service rep Jody was awesome and kept in close communication with me.
