Inspection sticker and routine maintenance The service provided by Patrick was exceptional! Due to personal issues I needed to have my service done in the shortest amount of time and he was able to accommodate my request. Very friendly and professional.
Recall on Air bag Everyone was very helpful. They were honest and did not try and add on other things to do. I was also able to have the courtesy van pick me up at work so I could get my car.
First service experience First service after buying new Odyssey for oil change, tire rotation, and addressing a recall. Very friendly and kept me informed since I was at work at the time.
Recall Service for Airbag It was fine as far as service goes. Had to bring the car in for a recall notice on the air bag and it took a couple of hours to fix.
I went in for a service call. Then I was told I needed additional work done . Justin explained everything that needed to be done. He was very helpful.

Great experience I was on the fence about leasing a new car. I wasn't sure that my old car would be able to be traded in. Norman was fast and efficient. Overall Great Experience I was a little put off by the individual at the front desk that evening. However Jose literally chased me down out the door and into the parking lot. His effort made me decide to schedule a test drive for the next day. Jose was excellent at explaining the features of the car and was very thorough.
