I hate most sales people, but Just recently purchased a used Civic Si from Herb Chambers in Westborough. I live in NH and it was worth the 2+ hr drive. Drive-in Service It is very convenient for me to be able to show up for an oil change without an appointment on a weekend day. Also, everyone is so friendly and polite - the greeters, the service managers, etc.

General Maintenance and Brake work They quickly diagnosed my brake problem. Tire rotation and oil change as usual. Recommended coolant change and filters were done. The service was professional and efficient. It was done on time.

Curteous and professonal! I was dropping my car off for service. My ride only waited 3 minutes for me to check in and be on my way. Picking up was quick and easy as well.

Excellent Service Randy was very thorough in making sure all service that was needed was explained to me and was very courteous to work with. He gave me an estimated time that he thought my car would be ready as I was waiting for work to be done. My car was ready in less time and Randy was there to walk me over to cashier and then have my car brought up to door.

Thorough. Amazing. They listen. They help. ABOVE AND BEYOND Ken N. and Toan worked SO hard to get me in to the car that I've been eyeing for a few weeks. I needed a reliable AWD and wanted heated seats. I need the AWD to get to Dana Farber reliably for my treatments. My little sedan just wasn't cutting it in the winter. It took them a lot of effort to help this average credit woman with some inequity in her trade in, but they worked hard and I'm going home today in the car I picked out with bells and whistles.
