2012 Honda CRV Service went as expected for oil change. Found rear brakes and tires needed replaced. Brake work completed same day. Followed up next day for 4 new tires. Couldn’t program TPMS problem with Honda Computers. Followed up with service on 3rd day for valve cover gasket to be replaced. Originally told it could wait, however since red on automobile status report, felt need to replace to prevent any further issues.

Just book it I set up my appointment online It was very easy to navigate I got a reminder about the service I showed up as scheduled Greeted right away Sat and went over my service requests Told me it would be ready in 90 Minutes It was ready early and at a great price

Friendly and professional We continue to bring our Accord and CRV here for service. Service reps explain clearly what will be done and how long it should take. We find them very competent, friendly and patient in explaining technical details.

more than I expected Having made an appointment ahead of time for the "engine" icon on my dash, I wasn't sure if there was a big problem or not.....Randy took over as soon as I entered the dealership, and then explained to me what it meant, or could mean in regards to the catalytic converter, and what my plan did and did not cover and why. Knowledgeble and competitive David Yang is the consummate salesman. His knowledge of the CRV was the best we have experienced after shopping multiple dealerships. Straight forward and efficient My negotiation process started early December through an internet pricing request. Oliver responded and he was amazing along almost a month until I could go to the dealership and close the deal he worked so hard on. He always followed up and did what he promised to do. Once I got to the dealership Ashley introduced me to Sean. He was also extremely efficient and resolved everything I asked or needed. Finally Dean also solved all issues and got everything done as promised
