Straight forward and efficient My negotiation process started early December through an internet pricing request. Oliver responded and he was amazing along almost a month until I could go to the dealership and close the deal he worked so hard on. He always followed up and did what he promised to do. I had reported to him that the sunroof was leaking water. He had it checked it out and told me that he would order new sunroof with seal that goes around it is replaced.
