10,000 mile "B-1" , "B" service maintenance, tires low icon, Randy was very helpful and professional. The 10,000 mile "B-1" , "B" service maintenance, tires low icon, were fixed. I had reported to him that the sunroof was leaking water. He had it checked it out and told me that he would order new sunroof with seal that goes around it is replaced. There were water stains all over the shade that covers the sunroof. He said that they would not replace the shade but would "try" to get the stains out - that is all he could do. I ... read more

First time Honda owner. Honda CR-V Great car. Wish it had a little more storage, maybe either an additional small covered compartment under center armrest console and door arm rest compartment. Also sun-glass holder is not large enough nor easy enough to use. Otherwise great car. Looking forward to owning it for a long, long time.

Addressing recall They took me in at appointed time, explained what would be done to address recall and ensured I was comfortable waiting an hour for it. They kept me updated throughout the hour and when done, brought the car to the entry way. Awesome team.

excellent service I brought the Honda Odyssey 2013 for service. Outstanding environment and very friendly people. The service man clearly explained what to do and the options available. He also removed unnecessary service after reviewing. Great experience.

Thank you Herb Chambers Honda! We brought our '08 Accord in for its 200K check-up, and through thorough examination by the technician we realized we had much that needed immediate attention. Our service adviser, James Walgreen, patiently reviewed the "must-haves" vs optional items to involve us in the repair process to give us the biggest bang for the buck. Great experience from receiving recall letter to scheduling appointments to replacing part, the whole process is so smooth and well organized. Friendly service and comfortable waiting area- it’s nothing but great experience.

Excellent service experience Matt was very helpful and attentive. He found a way to save me a few dollars on the list of services I needed, found me place in the waiting room near a plug for my laptop, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle during my wait, and explained the technical results of the multi-point inspection in a way that enabled me to better understand the condition of my vehicle and anticipate the likely timing of future service needs.
