Great service as always! I've told many people that the service at this dealership is top notch especially Randy with whom I regularly interact. Although I was only in for the A1 service the extra checks that are done provide an extra feeling of confidence and any additional work needed is explained as to the extent and urgency. I never feel as if I am being sold a bill of goods and have the utmost confidence in the quality of the work and care provided for my car.
Good Experience Had a service appointment for my wife's Honda CRV...oil change & tire rotation...Spoke to Abby..she took down all the info...very friendly...advised me that I should have my Transmission fluid flushed, so I had that done also...while I was waiting for my vehicle, I went over to the Sales Department to inquire about a vehicle for my daughter....that's when I met Carlos....we sat down & talked about a possible vehicle that would fit my daughters needs...made an appointment to come in with her trade & we'll se w... read more
Eric made it simple!! Walked in to the dealership with the idea of what i wanted to drive and what i could afford, Eric and the staff @ Herb Chambers took care of the rest. Professional, knowledgeable and a true gentleman. I know a lot of people in the community and will have no problem recommending the dealership but in particularly Eric Stolberg!
