I was in and out in no time and got a call when finished My car went in for a recall, Matt was very friendly, my car was taken in the day after I called, my low tire pressure light had come on right before bring the car in, your dealership adjusted the tire pressure and shut off the light - above & beyond and much appreciated.
Another great Service Experience We always have excellent service at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. We have bought a number of Hondas from them and have services all of them there because of the service and friendliness of the personal. We will continue to be a customer for many years to come.

Purchase of my vehicle Ive bought many cars from Herb Chambers and I’ve always been impressed with the service. Recently purchased a vehicle from Honda Westborough and was not let down. I worked with Eric Stolberg and he was very professional. I’ve had the car for a month and he has checked in with me a few times to make sure I’m comfortable with all the technology in my new car. Service Work I had my car serviced yesterday. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and very polite and car completed within 45 minutes and the process to pay my bill was very efficient and completed in a timely manor. The cashier was very polite and explained everything I was being charged for and the service person explained all work completed on my car.
Great service Jim was extremely friendly and helpful. . Not sure which Jim gave me the service, so I have rated both of the Jim's listed. Jeff the valet was also great7
Great experience I recently totaled my vehicle. I was not expecting to be shopping for a car any time soon. After doing some unexpected research the all new 2017 CR-V which was just redesigned caught my attention because of the styling but more importantly all the advanced safety features. Problem solved at reasonable price Jim Montegue was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The TPMS problem of my SUV was solved with one visit, along with a B12 code service to my satisfaction. Shuttle service was very well appreciated and the driver was very friendly and punctuate.
