Wiper Motor It was unfortunate that my wiper motor failed in my brand new car and the first replacement motor failed as well. Not the Service Center's fault, and they got me a rental and fixed the problem as fast as they could.

Awesome, Professional, Excllent. Jim Walgreen is Awesome. He brings Professionalism along with knowledge and a genuine great attitude. It is nice to see a the same face in his position considering every time I go to this facility It seems like I have to deal with a new person. Recommended repairs During a routine oil change the technician diagnosed problems with the brake fluid, alignment, and shock absorber. The service advisor discussed the repairs with me. The repairs were performed within a few days; the repairs were made professionally and quickly. The 2 service advisors, Abby and Randy, coordinated with me and the technician. This was an excellent experience.

I live 3 miles from Boch Honda but return to Herb every time It takes me 30 minutes to drive to Herb Chambers Honda. I live in Westford, and Boch Honda is three miles away. I drive instead all the way to Westborough, because HC is the best by far. Herb Chambers Honda is honest, customer service straightforward and never pushy. Staff is very helpful, questions answered and estimates adhered to. Abby was super. 100% satisfied with this dealership and will continue to return again and again.

Leasing a new 2017 CR-V Mark was great salesman and was able to answer all of my wife’s questions during our test drive, professionally discuss pricing & meet pricing targets and finally be flexible with delivery required due to health issues. Replacement of Takata driver side airbag inflator I set up the service with Matt Gonyea, he told me it would take about an hour. I waited for the service to be performed and my car was done in 45 minutes. All around it was a great experience dealing with an inconvenient issue. I will bring my cars back for service and recommend Herb Chambers Honda to everyone.
