First oil change on new leased car. I was treated in a friendly manner. I was given usable information on service needed on my car. I was told how long the service would take and was happerly surprised finding the car was washed.

Great Service Everyone I had contact with from the person who helped me make my appointment on the phone, to the service consultant, to the shuttle driver who drove me home and picked me up was friendly, responsive and eager to please. The only thing in hindsight that was unusual was my bill. On it was an environmental compliance charge. I have seen such a charge on other auto service bills, but only if parts and/or fluids were removed from the vehicle. Service center preps new car My wife and I were looking for a new car, in the smaller SUV class. Upon entering the showroom, we were met by David Yang who showed us the Honda CRV which was on our list of SUVs we were interested in. David showed us the features, we went on a test drive, and we decided that the CRV would be a good choice, but we wanted to look at small SUVs from other companies also. Great people to work with, very fair deal Bought a new CR-V from John Nguyen (salesman) and Michael Kelly. First rate treatment, very fair values on our two for one trade ins, very fair dealer overall. Knowledgeable, personable, no hard sell whatsoever, in complete contrast to most dealerships. Honda wheel bearing repair I was met by Abby Hermanson at the service area. She did a very thorough job trying to find out what was wrong with out car. I wasn't really sure. The tech came back with the bearing problem relatively fast. The work was done the next day in a reasonable time and we are satisfied with the car. My daughter seems to be happy with it.
