Car check I was given a ride back to my house and picked up for the car. I came in for a flat tire and needed oil change, and car checked for fluids, hoses brakes etc. ended up needing brakes and 4 new tires ending up costing me more money that I anticipated but I was happy with the service.

New Car Purchase I have no complaints. In fact, I think the deal clincher was that Sales followed up with me immediately after I had spent time at another Herb Chambers Dealership. The first dealership had briefed Honda and I didn't have to repeat everything. The whole experience was easy.

I got a fair deal Ken did a great job to keep me at the dealership to make a deal even though I wanted to go to bernardi to see a silver ridgeline. The incentives got me to buy their black (I hate how black gets dirty) ridgeline. Very happy and well taken care of.

Straight Forward and No Pressure The process of buying a new car is not an experience that I typically look forward to. However, my experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough was straight forward, transparent and pressure free. The salesperson, David Snead was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was very pleasant to deal with and willing to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend both the salesperson and the dealership.
