Oil change and recall Service department was a great experience.Took my vehicle as soon as i arrived. Service was as promised and in the recommended time . The new and updated waiting area is comfortable and seating plentiful.

Great and prompt service Because it was "excellent" :) I always think that they don't sell me anything what I don't need. We have two CRVs and we go to this place for years !

Purchase of Honda CRV When I walked into the Westboro dealership, I felt a sense of a well run , organized , thoughtful , dealership , sales people and employees . Felt very comfortable and Sean , Manager , finance person were always polite , responsive and kind . Very clean waiting room with snacks and beverages , I could not figure out the tea pod/coffee machine and one of the employees , ( think service person ) came over and assisted me with it . Very pleased with our new Accord It was a surprisingly easy purchase experience with Norman Methe. He treated us as friends, trusting us with a new car twice for test drives. He was extremely knowledgeable both during the sales process and the pickup at delivery. This is the second Honda we have purchased from Herb Chambers of Westboro and we will buy more in the future.

Quick, informative. No pressure Ken was great! I was looking to lease an accord or civic and price was key. I drove both and was satisfied with what the civic offered for the price. Ken showed me the key features that were important to me, back up camera and blue tooth. My car was paired to my phone and I was on my way.

All around great experience Matt was extremely knowledgeable, quick and friendly. I took the shuttle home and back for the first time ever. The driver was extremely friendly and I will certainly do it again in the future. Thank you for that service! Car was serviced quickly and I felt at a fair price for oil change and tire rotation. We will be back again.
