This dealership is, by far, the best I've ever dealt with! Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with!! They are honest and go above and beyond in helping you. Three men in particular that I would like to mention is Matt and Randy in Service, and Pete in Parts. My car needed left and right front axles. First service with my new 2017 Honda Accord!! Abby was very welcoming and provided me with a great experience for my service. No problems what so ever!! And I still people about my wonderful experience buying my Honda from Norman Mathe last April.
Very Accomedating and honest I had something hanging off the front of my car. Didn't have an appointment. They took me right away and got me on my way. The waiting area was clean & confortable. The offered coffee and donuts. Over all a very pleasant experience.

Excellent experience I had a great experience from the time I set up the appt to the completion of my service. Everyone was very courteous and hospitable. The waiting area was clean; there were even some free refreshments. My car was ready when promised. Jim Walgreen (the Service Adviser) was very friendly and professional .He gave me some great advice on the type of services I should purchase...saved me some money.
