Excellent experience I had a great experience from the time I set up the appt to the completion of my service. Everyone was very courteous and hospitable. The waiting area was clean; there were even some free refreshments. My car was ready when promised. Jim Walgreen (the Service Adviser) was very friendly and professional .He gave me some great advice on the type of services I should purchase...saved me some money.

fast and easy I was looking for a car for my son, a new driver. Ken and Adam made the experience easy and fast. My son can afford the payment on his new car himself! I don't have to worry about it breaking down and he will be safe!

David Yang is Excellent! Please pass along my thanks to David Yang. This is the second car that we have leased from him in 9 months. He is professional in the truest sense of the word. He is knowledgeable about the process and the automobiles and takes the time to listen to what is important and - most importantly - he is punctual in his responses to questions. Always professional, always prompt. This visit was for an inspection sticker. I never hesitate to return to the place i bought my vehicle. Service has always been great, people are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I will continue to bring my vehicle back to this dealership.

Outstanding! This is my second buying experience at Honda of Westboro and I've had several service experiences with my first car (mostly oil changes). David made my purchase simple and fair. Felt Humiliated by Larry Although the initial discussions were nice 3 days back, when I decided not to buy a car as a trade in for my Honda Accord 2010 model which had clutch issues and got serviced, Larry did not behave the way he had earlier.
