Exemplary Service! The employees are always friendly and helpful. They are able to explain what's needed and why. THey give you timelines on services that can wait and those that need to be done ASAP. They look for any recalls that may have been made for your vehicle and check with you as the appointment progresses. They also try to get you the best price for what is needed. They are outstanding!
2013 Accord It was a great experience buying my first car form a dealership here. Norman was really helpful and made the process quick and easy. I went to herb chambers because of the service my parents have received from this dealership over the past few years from Norman and was not disappointed.

great experience Working with Eric was a very pleasant experience. He listened intently and was very respectful with our needs and was not pushy at all. Once we made our decision he made the rest of the process as seamless as possible and made sure all of our questions were answered. Great excuse to read and eat donuts! My car needed inspection and servicing so I took it to Herb Chambers, waited 2 hours and came home ready for another year. Everyone is polite, organized and helpful. I even got touchup paint for a couple of scratches left by the dumpster that just got in my way. Will I go again next year? You betcha!
