I came in to get a spare key made, lost the previous one. The representative was very thorough and informative regarding the auto. The car is ultimately being shipped overseas. The auto was ready in a timely manner.

Flat tire, inspection and A12 maintenance. I originally had a service Appt Monday morning. I ended up with a flat tire on Friday. The tire had to be ordered. So I got a ride home, left the car there and the service dept replaced the tire and did the service that was scheduled for Monday. It was nice not to have to bring the car back in.

Always a pleasant experience Service check in process fast and accurate. Service completed well below quoted timeframe. Although no muffins - there was ice cream for my 5 year old making her experience "fantastic"

Exceptional service From the minute you step out of your car there is an employee there to help you. My car was ready within the timeframe Abby quoted. My CRV ended up needing new tires which I did buy from them - after doing some research online, they were the least expensive of all! I've had my car serviced twice here and I have no complaints at all. Waiting area is spacious, has refreshments and smiling employees.
