Customer Service I want to say Thank You for a wonderful customer experience. I Was told the shop was behind about 30 to 45 minutes and would I mind the extra wait, I understand, these things happen. Only waited 90 Minutes for a B1 Service which should take about 90 minutes. After I get my car back, I find your service staff vacuumed the interior and cleaned my windows. WOW, Excellent customer service, will definitely be coming back.

Abby was amazing Abby went above and beyond for me. My car had been jumped earlier in the day and the battery died for a second time. I was around the corner from the dealership and she was able to send someone to jump the car again so I didn't have to tow. She set me up with a rental and tommy surprise my car was ready before I returned home. I got a new battery and the car is running great. Thank you Abby!

Good experience We waited for our car because of where we live. Jim kept us updated the entire time because he knew the wait was probably longer than we expected. Didn't try to talk us into any unnecessary work - seemed very honest.

Quick and efficient I bought my CRV here and I was going to come in before month end to get my state inspection, but my oil change indicator had recently informed me it was due as well. I was out and about in the afternoon and called for an appointment, and was in the neighborhood, they could get me in today at 4:15, Abby said the estimate on done time was 6:30 but it might be possible for 6. Oil change and tire rotation The experience was fine. They did an oil change and tire rotation. The guy who helped me was very nice and helpful. I only go to the dealer for oil changes and I'll continue to do so.

Maintenance Sevice people are great. The cost of service use to be reasonable and is now very high They no longer vacuum the car as part of the service. You still get a car wash which is great.
