Great service and wonderful staff! The dealership and Mark specifically were great at giving me the best options at the best available price. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable without being overly aggressive. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're interested in a Honda!

Service visit I booked my appointment on line and a few days later a rep called to confirm the work I needed done. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment. The day of the appointment a tech called to confirm the work to be performed and if other work was necessary. The tech was extremely nice and polite. He called back shortly to let me know my car was ready for pick up. When picking up my car the tech came out to make sure all was well. Again he was very nice and polite, even offered to go get my car for me.

State Inspection Sticker Although I used the drive up service, I didn't have to wait long for the inspection to be completed. I would have liked to have the vehicle washed as part of the service.

Expectations exceeded! Randy was my service manager. I knew when I booked my appointment that it was going to be a long appointment. As it neared the end of the day, Randy informed me that they would not be able to finish. He even offered for the tech to come in on a Sunday but unfortunately I could not leave my car then. We arranged for me to drop my car off on Monday morning and they would provide a rental car as I had to drive my mom for radiation and chemo treatments Monday through Friday.
