Routine maintenance I recently took my car in for routine maintenance. Scheduling an appointment online was easy and didn't require much advance notice. The work on my car was done in a timely manner while I waited. Abby was very helpful and efficient. The whole experience was professional and easy.

New car purchase. Working with Norman Methe to purchase my CRV was a pleasant experience. He explained all of the new features of the redesigned 2017 CRV. Negotiations to purchase at reasonable price with no pressure that certainly was a pleasant experience! However my finance experience was not satisfactory.

Got a great car Purchased my car over the weekend, which I am very pleased with. Ken and Carlos were both great, and even delivered the car to me as a I had a difficult work schedule and live far away from the dealership. I am very happy and satisfied with the experience!

Air Conditioner Service Service advisor, Jim Walgreen, was very professional and very friendly and caring. I also liked the fact that even though I brought the car in only for air conditioning service, they gave it a checkup for many other systems as well. They also washed the car. Service was definitely high class. They shuttled me back and forth from home to the dealership. The shuttle driver, Jeff, was also very pleasant and friendly. So - service is excellent. Price is, unfortunately, high.

Service on a Honda Pilot Realize Sunday have a smaller team members. Thus it took some time in getting calls returned about work completed and potential other issues from service person for he was dealing with customers or in the back with the service group. Left a few messages for him which he returned my call when he was available.
