Excellent experience I was looking for a good, solid, reliable car, fairly new and within budget. I don't like to be pressured, just assisted. Great Dealership! Very satisfied with our car buying experience! We live one town over from the Norwood auto mile. Absolutely pleasant and kind! I had been searching for 2-months for an SUV that I wanted to purchase. I am from Rhode Island so there are many dealers that I had to choose from. Bought New Car Franklin was very patient, friendly and professional. I bought a new car here recently. The consultant I worked with, Franklin Almeida , was excellent. He was attentive and patient. I would recommend without hesitation to any potential buyers.
overall very nice people! i brought my car in because of transmission problems, and they checked out my car without charge and found the problem. i had them hold onto to the car and work with a warentee compony to get the car fixed. unfortunately the car never got fixed. but everyone in service worked well with me, kept me updated on everything, and returned my cars. i also had my car in for an oil change that was very quick! although i asked for them not to give me a car wash, and they still did. i lost half a sticker i jus... read more

Pleasurable experience. I went to this dealership and purchased a Accord coupe 2015, I was greeted by Brian Pena, who is very friendly and willing to help in the whole process. Everything went smooth with Brian, and the sale was finalized and I left happy. One area that I found could improve on, is the optional equipment, I purchased sioniz and LoJack, the first was done by time of delivery.
