Nice Job! I am a tough, TOUGH sell. From Internet to Store to Finance you did a fantastic job of getting me in doing what you said and delivering what you promised. Anthony Kent = Best. Salesman. Ever. Originally, I wanted a used Pilot. Anthony found several that met my specs, and even offered to drive one from a distant Herb Chambers Honda to the Westborough location - without a commitment from me to purchase it. In the midst of this search, I went to a competing dealer to eyeball a used Pilot they had on the lot. I practically had to chew my leg off to escape from that dealer without buying a car. Simple No Pressure buying experience Herb Chambers had the exact car I was looking for, Accord Sport with manual transmission. They gave me a great price up front that I had no problems with. My only problem was the low initial price they gave me for my trade a 2009 Accord. We settled somewhere in the middle of what I wanted for my trade. Salesman Amel Younis and the entire staff were very professional, and this dealership is super convenient location wise and the service dept. is open 7 days a week.

Simply Amazing The best customer service I have had anywhere, ever. I have been to plenty of dealerships with friends & family members in the past, and never have I come across such a polite, GENUINE salesman. Great sales professional--and a great car Ask for Ian Hunt if you want a fully professional sales experience and a great deal on a new Honda. He walked me through alternatives and pushed management to give me an attractive deal on a model I didn't think I could afford. I had to trade in my standard shift Accord EX (which I bought from Herb Chambers in 2008) for an automatic due to physical changes in my knees.
