Great service from Tony Ngo Tony provides great customer service. Very helpful. He provided quick service, and answered all my questions very well. He made sure the wait was not too long for the service provided.

Great Service I have been a Honda customer for over 15 years and I have had repairs done at a number different dealerships in Massachusetts. With that being said, I have to say that Tony Ngo is by far the best service person that I have found. Tony is professional, trustworthy, and the sole reason I take my car to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough.

EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE Tony is a professional in this field. He gives excellent service to his clients . I have been servicing my Honda Odyssey and 1998 Civic since two years and he gives professional advice by pointing out to me the repairs that are safety issue and advises me to take care of them first. Tony is great Tony is very professional and friendly. Always does his best to keep the customer in the loop and informed on work being done. He is a pleasure to work with and is always focused on the customer. I would highly recommend him.

Outstanding Customer Service Tony has always been extremely friendly and efficient when I have gone to this dealership. He explains everything to me in detail. He follows up with me through out the day and is always there to assit with any issues that may arise. In this day and age there are few people that I would trust, especially with my car, and I honestly believe that Tony deals with each situation of my with complete honesty and fairness. I continue to go to this dealership because of him.

Steppin' Up I had a service appointment for the daughter's 2004 Civic. It had some issues...but I didn't really know what all of them were. In that situation, I felt a little uncomfortable. However, Tony did a great job right from the outset. He assured me that they would look everything over and make sure the car was safe (first priority), but do only what needed to be done. Exceptional Service - highly recommend I recently brought my 08 Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and maintenance, and Tony was my service advisor. He brought to my attention work that needed to be done, and went over the details of the service I needed and kept me updated on the progress. When I noticed a spot of oil in my driveway the next day after having my service done, I called Tony and he told me to bring my truck back in. It ended up being a pretty major problem. Tony Ngo review I have brought my Honda CR-V to Herb Chambers in Westborough for service since purchasing it new there in 2009. Last week I brought it in for a problem with the air conditioning. (NO A/C!). Tony Ngo found an extended warranty on the A/C unit so it did not cost me a penny to fix. He also covered the cost of a rental car. Kudos to Tony! Always a pleasure dealing with him.
