Great Service I have been a Honda customer for over 15 years and I have had repairs done at a number different dealerships in Massachusetts. With that being said, I have to say that Tony Ngo is by far the best service person that I have found. Outstanding Customer Service Tony has always been extremely friendly and efficient when I have gone to this dealership. He explains everything to me in detail. He follows up with me through out the day and is always there to assit with any issues that may arise. In this day and age there are few people that I would trust, especially with my car, and I honestly believe that Tony deals with each situation of my with complete honesty and fairness. Steppin' Up I had a service appointment for the daughter's 2004 Civic. It had some issues...but I didn't really know what all of them were. In that situation, I felt a little uncomfortable. However, Tony did a great job right from the outset. He assured me that they would look everything over and make sure the car was safe (first priority), but do only what needed to be done. Exceptional Service - highly recommend I recently brought my 08 Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and maintenance, and Tony was my service advisor. He brought to my attention work that needed to be done, and went over the details of the service I needed and kept me updated on the progress.
