Tony Ngo review I have brought my Honda CR-V to Herb Chambers in Westborough for service since purchasing it new there in 2009. Last week I brought it in for a problem with the air conditioning. (NO A/C!). Tony Ngo found an extended warranty on the A/C unit so it did not cost me a penny to fix. He also covered the cost of a rental car. Kudos to Tony! Always a pleasure dealing with him.

Oil change Tony Ngo has been my service advisor on a number of occasions when I have brought my Honda Pilot in for an oil change or other maintenance. Tony has always been extremely helpful and courteous and always keeps me informed of the progress of the service as well as any issues when I wait for my vehicle.

Great service Tony Ngo never hesitates to go the extra mile to deliver great service. In my last visit he stayed past the normal service hours to get the job done. He is very responsive and always makes sure I benefit from any ongoing specials or promotions.

Tire Repair Recently I discovered I had a nail in one of my car tires and took my car to Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough where I met with Tony Ngo of their Service department. Tony had the car looked at immediately and quickly resolved the tire problem. He was extremely courteous as well as informative regarding details of the repair issue. excellent service, and very experienced professional! We had a suspicious noise under hood. To diagnostic the problem, dealer usually charge $130+ for diagnostics. Tony took a test drive, pin point the problem on the road, and the problem got fixed afterwards. We saved the $130+ diagnostic fees because of Tony's experience. I would highly recommend work with Tony and definitely will use his expertise again!
