Tony is awesome The battery on our 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid failed (The IMA and engine lights came on) and we did some research online. Honda has an extended warranty on this battery in some states, including MA, but some people onlne said their MA dealerships refused to honor the extended warranty and quoted a price of $4,000 to replace the battery. Excellent Service I drove in for a state inspection and asked Tony to check the steering because of noise. Within a very short time the vehicle had been serviced and the noise identified as a need for a strut assembly. Tony made a few quick phone calls to identify parts location and options and promised to text my cell phone when the parts arrived.
