Tony is awesome The battery on our 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid failed (The IMA and engine lights came on) and we did some research online. Honda has an extended warranty on this battery in some states, including MA, but some people onlne said their MA dealerships refused to honor the extended warranty and quoted a price of $4,000 to replace the battery. Excellent Service I drove in for a state inspection and asked Tony to check the steering because of noise. Within a very short time the vehicle had been serviced and the noise identified as a need for a strut assembly. Tony made a few quick phone calls to identify parts location and options and promised to text my cell phone when the parts arrived. Honda CRV lease Had a great experience leasing a 2014 CRV with Jon Belez. I knew the exact deal I wanted (internet ad), the exact specs of the car, color, everything. Jon didn't try to sell me on any extras, minimized the paperwork, had everything prepared in advance. He really made the experience as close to ideal as I could have hoped for ahead of time.
