Excellent Customer Service I drive through Honda for service without appointment and was welcome by Tony immediately, set up the service and explained to me well what needed to be done next after the oil change. Tony is the best. Tony takes care of my Hondas. I bring my car into Tony because he takes care of me and keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle. I take my car to Tony even though I have a Honda store in my home town due to his enthusiasm and attention to detail. Tony is a great asset to Honda service.

Highly Recommend! We had a great experience with Tony at Herb Chamber Honda in Westborough. Tony was very friendly and attentive. Awesome customer service from him and his team. The mechanic brought us into the workstation where the car was lifted and showed us exactly what they were going to work on. While waiting for the car, we got a lift back home and they texted us when the work was completed. Very professional and prompt.

Exceptional Experience I brought my parents in to buy a new Honda CRV and the team was exceptional to deal with.
